Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The gluten free food choices made such a difference and were lovely. I didnt use wifi so cant comment on that. Location was good and atmosphere friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely stay and will.definitely come back

We .messaged prior to arrival asking if a small gesture such as a welcome note could be added for the 65th birthday girl, even a candle on a dessert would have made such a difference. We were disappointed it wasn't even acknowledged especially when there were 5 of us and we spent quite a bit during the stay. This was one thing which would have made our stay exceptional as, apart from that, it was really.good. birthday girl also requested use of pool table during the stay but although told she would have use when room was free, it never happened
