Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The gluten free food choices made such a difference and were lovely. I didnt use wifi so cant comment on that. Location was good and atmosphere friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely stay and will.definitely come back
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
We .messaged prior to arrival asking if a small gesture such as a welcome note could be added for the 65th birthday girl, even a candle on a dessert would have made such a difference. We were disappointed it wasn't even acknowledged especially when there were 5 of us and we spent quite a bit during the stay. This was one thing which would have made our stay exceptional as, apart from that, it was really.good. birthday girl also requested use of pool table during the stay but although told she would have use when room was free, it never happened

perfectly located for visiting sites in County Sligo and Mayo. Staff was exceptional, room was clean and spacious. Food was great.

It was warm, even just a small fan left in the room would have been a great addition.

This hotel is wonderful. It’s located on N 1720 minute drive to all the great locations like. Knock It’s perfect for visiting family The restaurant is very nice. The atmosphere is wonderful.

I love the location. It was in the area where my family lives and they were able to come visit me. I was able to walk to see them and attend church.

The staff were wonderful, couldn’t do enough for the 5 of us. The ; rooms we had booked were clean, comfortable and well stocked with tea, coffee, milk, shower gel etc. All the food we had - breakfast, lunch and dinners were lovely. The staff were happy to make any changes we asked for.

My room was at the front and the road is very noisy but I wouldn’t want to stay in a quieter hotel and miss out on the people who worked there. They kindly left ear buds 👍

Food in restaurant was exceptional, staff all friendly and helpful when approached

En-suite bathroom needed a bit TLC otherwise room was comfortable & cleaned to high standard

Lovely staff, cozy room with comfortable bed and good facilities. Excellent food served for breakfast and dinner at a very fair price.

The lady working in the bar absolutely made our stay, she was so helpful and service was amazing. Food was lovely, rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Great customer service. So helpful.

Our room had a really strong smell of smoke. Even in the bathroom! It didn't go despite having the window open and all or things smelled of smoke when we got home. Was quite unusual.
